Dr. K. Krishna Reddy M.A., Ph.D., is Professor of Economics and he holds In-charge, Head of the Department. He has teaching and research experience at University level. His research interests include Agriculture, Rural Development and Banking. He has Published a Book; consists of 15 papers at National and International Seminars; 20 papers published in journals and edited books; Attended Symposias, Workshops and Annual Conferences of professional bodies.  He is the Life Member of Indian Economic Association (IEA), Telangana Economic Association (TEA), Andhra Pradesh Economic Association (APEA) and Indian Distance Education Association (IDEA).

He is actively involved in academic activities like teaching, conducting the classes,   development of self learning materials, Audio & Video programmes, Tele-conferences, framing of syllabus and restructuring of UG courses as per CBCS pattern etc. He was Associate Editor of Nine (09) UG books and also acted as Course coordinator for two P.G courses namely International economics and Environmental Economics.
