Pre-employability program for BRAOU women students (18 to 35 Years)
Greetings from the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (COL-CEMCA), the regional centre of the Commonwealth of Learning!
We are delighted to share that COL-CEMCA, in collaboration with Bharat Innovation Global (BIG), has launched the SheLEADS: Pathways to Employment Programme. This initiative is designed to equip 1,000 young Indian women (18–35 years), especially from underserved communities, with essential skills in:

Spoken English

Reasoning and Critical Thinking

Job Readiness and Employability for gig economy and work-from-home opportunities
The programme has already begun, but we are continuing to onboard additional learners so more young women can benefit.
Programme Highlights:

150 hours of structured online learning over 3 months

Combination of live sessions + self-paced study

Guided support from dedicated mentors

Certificate upon completion with pathways to advanced training
