The BC Cell is established to cater to the BC categories of students and employees who form a major chunk of the shake holders in the University.
The BCs Cell was set up in 2018. The BC cell is headed by an Officer-in charge.

To implement the reservation policy for BC Students and employees in the University.

To Collect data regarding the implementation of policies with respect to admissions, appointment to teaching and Non-teaching positions in this university and analysis of the data showing the trends and changes towards fulfilling the required quota.

To take up such follow-up measures for achieving the objectives and targets laid down for of the said purpose by Govt. Of India, Govt. Of Telangana, Govt. Of Andhra Pradesh and UGC

To implement, monitor continuously and evaluate the reservation policy of the university and suggest measures for ensuring the effective implementation of policy and programmes of the Govt. of India.
